The Art of Connection: Reflections on Training Delivery
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of designing and delivering training programs — from classrooms filled with engineering students to virtual sessions with professionals and even officers in uniform.
Each format — Instructor-Led (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led (vILT) — has taught me something unique about how people learn, connect, and grow.
