In this role, I work at the intersection of product knowledge, curriculum design, customer education, facilitation, and learning technology. My work involves translating complex automation and AI concepts into structured learning experiences that help learners build confidence, understand workflows, and apply product capabilities effectively.
I collaborate closely with product teams, SMEs, marketing, customer-facing teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure learning content remains accurate, practical, globally relevant, and aligned with business priorities.

During this internship, I contributed to engineering design support and technical documentation work related to industrial infrastructure projects, including structural design support for a steel plant pipe rack unit.
My responsibilities extended into descriptive writing, documentation development, engineering communication, and translating technical information into usable references— capabilities that later became highly relevant in curriculum design and content strategy.
